Let the sledding adventure begin...
Yep! We got off to a GREAT start!! We got pulled over for going 45 in a 35 on Floating Feather in Eagle. Oh man!! After putting $268 into 2 new tires and then the $85 speeding ticket, Eric said, "This better be a fun trip!"
As we were driving up, there wasn't much snow... I was worried that we would get up there after everything and there would be no snow... but, Yeah! There was snow. It was so beautiful!!

Let the Sledding really Begin...
Henry, Mom & Norah, and Oliver
Elsie, Dad & Norah, and Oliver
My girls. Norah was a trooper. She was pretty mad for a while and then finally snuggled in for a nap. She camped out, all snuggled in her carseat with blankets under a pine tree. Elsie had fun eating the snow and building a snowman. Sledding was "so, so..."
Jack, Jack. Poor Jack was fighting off a cold, so he was really dragging up and down the hill. Despite feeling yucky, he and I had a lot of fun doing the "catapillar" down the hill together with out two tubes. Very fun. Oliver discovered that the tube is better than the sled, but he still likes going down by himself. I grabbed hold of his shirt and went down with him and we ended up going backwards.... he didn't appreciate that very much :) It was fun though!!
Henry built this GREAT snowman!! The kids has as much fun playing in the snow as they did sledding! Snow!! At the end of the day, Oliver and Henry decided it would be fun to send the snowman down the hill on the sled!
Sending the snowman down!!
