When the kids got here they made Lego placemats. I found a die cut machine at our local scrapbook store, Wahoo! So the kids decorated with lego die cuts.

When I went to make Jack's lego cake I started making the batter and realized I had grabbed a brownie mix!!! Oops! So to turn my oops around I added Reeses pb cups to the brownies and they looked like Legos! Yeah! Also very yummy! I can never say no to Reeses:>

Here is Jack with his buddies, Tyler, Christopher, Tyler, and Hunter who came later. After placemats they ate pizza and root beer. Then we had a Lego challenge. We gave each of the boys a hand full of legos to build anything. Then they had to show us what they built and what it did. We got all kinds of stuff: aliens, R2D2 with a spinner head, airplanes, and helicopters...

Then we headed outside to beat up my Lego pinata. Here is Jack taking a wack! I filled it with nuggets (they looked most like Lego bricks) and smarties, cause you have to be a smarty to build legos:>

Grabbing the loot!

Gifts. Surprise..Jack got more Legos! Jack has such great friends! They know him well. After gifts we had our brownies and ice cream. The party favors were the legos, some lego stickers, and the pinata candy. Great party!
