One of our favorite demos was of this Revolutionary War cannon. He walked us through the process. It took us about 3 minutes. During the era, they could fire 8 times a minute! Amazing. Nearby we also saw demos on leather work, building a fire with flint and steel, and how to make lead balls for their muskets.
